MS Office Professional Plus configuration did not complete – Microsoft Community

 
I am trying to update my Office , but I get this error. I also cannot UNINSTALL, so I can’t do a full reinstall. I’m stuck. (MY base problem is trying. This was the only message I received when the setup did not complete. I am trying to install Microsoft Office Home Edition onto my laptop.
